Do Not SUFFER in Silence Anymore

Fears / Phobias / Panic Attacks & Anxiety

Fear and phobic reactions are intense reactions to a specific stimulus or situation that most people do not consider life threatening or dangerous. It is irrational. The sufferer usually realizes it is irrational, but he or she is unable to stop the feelings of anxiety or the emotional responses.

It is easy to label an uncomfortable physical or mental sensation as anxiety or as a social phobia. However, anxiety is not the same thing for everybody; we all experience our personal challenges in our own personal way. There are many different situations that can trigger off your phobic reaction, fear or panic. When we experience these we notice an increased heart rate, sweating, butterfly stomach, heightened anxiety and so on. These things are a set of highly adapted techniques designed to ensure our survival when we are confronted by a dangerous situation. Other symptoms are: An inability to relax, Disturbed sleep, Fatigue, Headaches, Dizziness, Irritability, Nervousness and a Lack of Control.

Fears are very unpleasant feelings and sensations that we get when we are confronted by that dangerous situation mentioned above, we have very little control over these responses as they are subconscious responses. Phobias are normally the result of a past trauma or they are a learned response, it is an irrational fear but actually causes little or no danger. Once again we have very little control over these responses as they are subconscious responses.

· Reason and Critical Objectivity is Lost
· Attention is Focused on the Physical and Emotional Sensations
· Person waits in Fear and Dread for the Next Occurrence
· Fear and Dread coupled with Expectancy bring on the Symptoms

How Hypnosis Helps and Why?

The causes of many fears, phobias or panic attacks are lost in the mists of childhood or long forgotten experiences. Even if those memories are blocked out from the conscious, once the symptoms have been eliminated many sensitizing events become irrelevant. Regardless of what you think rationally or consciously about the origin of the problem or the sensitizing event, it is the subconscious that reacts to the situations or thoughts that trigger the response! By changing how the subconscious reacts to these thoughts and triggers we can change subconscious emotion and feeling responses. Hypnosis is an extremely powerful tool in the fight against fears, phobias and panic attacks.
